Third day of the last week

 Today we have collected the latest servo boards. We have been doing this for a long time and from the next day we will return to the assembly of electrical panels.

Second day of the last week

 Today we have continued to connect the servo hardware. Half of the work is done and tomorrow will most likely be the last day of our work at this place.

First day of the last week

 Today we started assembling the servo equipment. There is a controller on the board, from which the connection panels go, to which the sensor cables are connected.

Fifth day of the third week

 Today we continued to carry out minor electrical work so that in the future we only have to connect everything to the board. Since we have already done this several times - now the work is going faster and from next week we will start assembling.

Fourth day of the third week

 Today, under the guidance of our master, we began to prepare everything necessary for work - to cut cables, solder them and carry out other minor works on electronics. In the future, we will use these details for our work.

Third day of the third week

 Today we have been reassigned to another work building where there will be more work for us. There we will start assembling the equipment, but that will be later. Today we were introduced to safety precautions when performing such work and also with drawings.

Second day of the third week

 Today we have studied in more detail the drawings and construction of new machines while our colleagues were making the first connections. We also managed to help and do the soldering of wires in the machine.

First day of the third week

 Today new machines have come to our place of practice. We spent the whole day assembling and checking them, after which we superficially got acquainted with the drawings of the machines. We'll find out more the next day.

Fifth day of the second week

 Today we finished the work with the electrical panels, making the last changes to it and connecting it to the main machine. It was a lot of work, but we did everything right and now the machine is ready to be delivered for further programming in Europe.

Fourth day of the second week

 Since during the execution of the electrical panel yesterday we made several small mistakes - we spent some time today trying to fix them, but after that we completed our remaining work quickly enough. Also today we collected connectors that will be used to supply power to the entire electrical panel.

Third day od the second week

 Since we ended up with a fairly simple electrical shield and learned the basics with this job - we were given a new, slightly more complex shield, which will also need to be assembled. It looks quite similar to what we've already done, but some things are different and some are more complex. It's a great experience, although of course there are some bugs that can be easily corrected.

Second day of the second week

 Today we continued our work with electrical panels. We got better acquainted with the drawings of the connection of various parts of the electrical panel and were able to completely assemble it according to the drawing. We also learned how to use links in electrical drawings, which will greatly help us in further practice.

First day of the second week

 Today was the last day we continued our work on connecting the CPU sensor cables. It was an interesting job and we mastered it well. From today on, we will be doing something else - assembling electrical panels according to drawings. Today we just got used to our new tasks and managed to connect only the main power circuit of the fuse box.

End of the first week

 Today was the last day of our first week in Austria. We managed to get used to and get used to communicating in English with our new colleagues. Today, we continued to connect the CPUs of various machines, and also studied the blueprints for assembling machines for testing coffee machines .

The first day of real work.

Today we, mechatronics, started our work, which consisted of assembling large machines. These machines are specially adapted for testing coffee machines before leaving the factory. Collecting such large installations is a process that takes more than one day, so all we have managed to do today is to connect the sensors to the machine's CPU.

After work, these machines will go to Europe for programming, and then to the customer in Mexico.

Acquaintance with a new job.

 

Today we, mechatronics, visited Pauer Electronik-Service for the first time. This company is located in a city called Sankt Veit an der Glan and is engaged in various works for the installation and repair of different types of equipment.

We were introduced to production, rules and technical safety, as well as employees who told us that now the company has a lot of orders, and there is enough work for the entire practice. This is great news, because we will definitely not be bored!
